TATTOO AFTERCARE

  1. Leave bandage on for 1-2 hours.

  2. Remove bandage and wash immediately with a fragrance free anti-bacterial or anti-microbial soap and warm water.

  3. Pat dry with a clean paper towel or let air dry for 30 minutes.

Apply a thin, even layer of artist approved aftercare product or unscented lotion.

For the first 2-3 days, 2-3 times a day, wash your tattoo lightly with non-scented antibacterial or antimicrobial soap and water combination. Work up a lather in your hand then lightly wash it rinsing with clean water.

Once the tattoo begins to scab/peel, wash very lightly with your finger tips.

The layers of aftercare product should be very thin just making the skin shine.

Apply a cover to your fresh tattoo in gym settings, hospitals/doctor's offices, bars/clubs, hotels, or other areas where close contact to people, or sweat is prevalent. After leaving these areas wash immediately.

Never:

- Wash the tattoo with washcloth, loofah, or anything abrasive.

- Let the tattoo be exposed to direct sunlight or tanning lamps while healing.

- Go swimming, submerge, or soak your tattoo while healing.

REMEMBER! A TATTOO IS AN OPEN WOUND AND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF! TAKE CARE OF IT AND KEEP IT CLEAN TO PREVENT COMPLICATIONS!
